Not going to be able to make it?
If your appointment is within 24hrs, then you will need to call or e-mail us to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs are charged the full price. If an appointment is rescheduled within 24hrs and then cancelled, you will be charged the full price.
If your appointment is not within 24hrs, you can manage it by signing into our booking platform or by calling/emailing us. There is no charge for cancelling/rescheduling before 24hrs.
