Do you direct bill to insurance?

Yes, we direct bill most of the insurance providers.

Are you a registered massage therapist?

Yes, all massage therapists at Nest are licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Do I need a doctor's referral?

You do not need a doctor’s referral to get massage therapy. However, your insurance plan might require one for you to get reimbursed. Please check your insurance coverage detail.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Appointment’s can be cancelled online or by calling/emailing before 24hrs of appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs are charged the treatment price.

Can you direct bill for a missed/cancelled appointment?

No, missed/cancelled appointments cannot be billed to insurance. Only completed appointments can be claimed on insurance.

Will my insurance pay the clinic?

Not always, sometimes the insurance company doesn’t allow for benefit assignment and will only pay out to the member. When we submit to the insurance, we will know right away (unless there are technical issues).

Do you offer deep tissue massage?

Yes, our therapeutic massage includes deep tissue treatment.

Can I leave a tip?

Sure, if you like to. We don’t prompt for tips on the terminal. Please let us know how much and we will add it to the total.

Is there parking?

There are Green P parking along Bloor street and behind the building. There are free street parking along the side roads. Please pay attention to the signs before parking.

How early do I need to come?

Please arrive 2-5 minutes before your appointment.

Is yoga therapy covered by insurance?

They do not as far as we know, but check with your insurance to be certain.

Is there a monthly membership for yoga class?

We do not offer monthly memberships for yoga because of space limitation. Because there are a maximum of 4 people per class, memberships is not feasible.

How much does yoga class cost?

Our classes are priced at $25+hst for 1hr. They are pay as you go, hence do not have any long term commitment.

Can I drop in for a yoga class?

Due to the small class size, you need to register for the class in advance.

How early do I need to register for a class?

Class registration is done in real time and can be booked until the class starts.

Do you have walk in appointments for massage?

Because we do not have a traditional reception desk/receptionist, it is best to check availability and book online. Our online booking availabilities are in real time and there is no cut-off time, hence you can book an appointment and walk in.

I am a first time client, how do I check in?

We are glad that you found us. When you arrive for your appointment/class, you can leave your shoes in the tray by the window, put on one of the sliders under the bench and have a seat. Your RMT/teacher will greet you and take you in for your session.

Does my credit card get charged when I book an appointment?

Your credit card does not get charged when you book an appointment. We require a credit card to confirm the booking.

Do you do confirmation calls?

We do not make confirmation calls. You will receive reminder e-mails and text messages (opt in is required) at various intervals.

Do I need to come early to fill out paper work?

We are a paper-free clinic. You will receive an e-mail with a link to fill out all the required forms immediately after booking an appointment. Please have them completed before the appointment.
