Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice with a 5,000-year old history rooted in ancient Indian philosophy. In a yoga class you will combine postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with the intention of achieving optimal health, strength, flexibility and a calm, steady mind.

private yoga

Are you curious to about yoga and don’t want to be lost in a large group. We offer 1-1 class just for you. If you want to learn with your partner/friend/family then take advantage of our semi-private session. Which ever way you go, you will have a complete and fulfilling yoga session.

60 minutes semi-private (elena)$150 + hst

Our yoga classes are small and provide a cozy and friendly environment for you to learn and grow. With up to 4 participants per class, we take pride in being able to give each of our clients the needed guidance and care to develop their skills.
